Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell smokers and premium BBQ — charcoal and pellet smokers, reverse-flow and large offset smokers and a competition-grade offset station, with the smoking wood, cast iron smoker box, rib rack, covers and wireless thermometers to go with them. The type, the build and the fuel (charcoal, wood or pellets) are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Fire & heat safety

A smoker runs on charcoal, wood or pellets at sustained heat with hot surfaces, live fire and sparks, and is for outdoor use only. Use it on a stable non-combustible surface, keep the stated clearance from walls, fences, furniture and anything flammable, and never use it indoors, in a garage, under a canopy or a pergola roof. Keep children and pets back, use heat gloves, do not leave a live fire unattended, and let it cool fully before moving or covering. Gas or pellet models need their fuel and supply set up correctly before first use. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
